Terms & Conditions
Last updated: February 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodeDashboard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) use the Service to analyze repositories you do not have permission to access; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) use the Service to generate content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights; or (e) resell or redistribute analysis results for commercial purposes without a Business plan.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your source code and repositories. CodeDashboard does not claim any rights over your code. The dashboards, analysis output, visual diagrams, and other content generated by the Service are owned by CodeDashboard and licensed to you for your personal or business use according to your subscription tier. The Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the property of CodeDashboard.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. All base prices are listed in USD. At checkout, prices may be converted to your local currency; the final amount is shown before you confirm payment. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations stop future billing but maintain access through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@codedashboard.dev.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your dashboards and associated data will be permanently deleted.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies — dashboards are intended as informational summaries, not as authoritative documentation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis output.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeDashboard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
